    Today's excursion combines Mexico's deep religious significance with its ancient history. Your guided tour begins at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, one of the most important Catholic shrines globally, where visitors can view the tilma (cloak) of Saint Juan Diego, said to bear the Virgin Mary's image. The tour continues 50 km north out of the city to visit one of the most important archaeological sites in the country, the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, where and its majestic temples: The Temple of the Sun, Temple of the Moon, the Citadel and the Temple dedicated to Quetzalcoatl.
