Arrival in SplitYou will be met at Split aiport for private transfer to your hotel.After arrival and settling in your hotel there is a private guided tour of the city. Beginning with a stop at the open food market, you can experience fresh local ingredients. Continue to Diocletian’s Palace for a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was originally built as a residential summer palace for the Roman emperor. In the afternoon you can enjoy a private truffle hunt near Split, with special meal prepared onsite. Walk thorough woods with your expert guides and world class truffle hunting dogs and enjoy truffle infused exclusive meal in the woods. Return to hotel in the early evening.

Cooking Class in Country HouseAfter breakfast you will experience through firsthand Croatian culinary tradition with your own private cooking class. Located near town of Trogir, the day begins with a walk through Trogirs green and fish market with todays chef. Popularly known as "pazar" green market is the informal centre of every Croatian coastal town. Rich sights and sounds intertwine with strong characters of produce sellers, locals doing their everyday shopping for lunch and bystanders observing this Mediterranean heart of the city. The same can be said of the fish market. Local fisherman bring the catch of the day early in the morning and immediately start up the sales banter. Once you have all the ingredients, you head back to Yolanda's home to join her in preparing a 3 course meal for lunch, along with some Croatian wine. The rest of the day is yours at leisure.

Šibenik & Krka National ParkYou will be collected in the morning for private transfer to nearby Šibenik and Krka National Park. Your first stop, Šibenik, was Croatia’s first major coastal and coronation city, dating to 11th century. We will take you through this medieval town and show you its most important sights, including the Cathedral of St. James. After the tour travel onward to Skradin where you can relax at your own pace, exploring the stunning Krka National Park amidst its amazing waterfalls. After you have had a chance to explore the Krka Naitonal Park, there is lunch in one of the most respected tradtional restaurants in Croatia, Michelin approved.
